The room was clean and comfortable, a little dated and old, but it was conveniently located to the shops in the City. The bed was very hard and so were the pillows. But its only one night. The hairdryer wasn't working. The staff were very accommodating,helpful and polite. Overall a pleasant stay.

Spent 5 nights. Roof top bar and downstairs bar were closed for private parties on more nights than they were open to hotel guests. I enjoyed the variety of restaurants down a mostly pedestrian path adjacent to the hotel. Central Station is only 5 blocks away.

This was our first stop on our 3 week Australian trip, and it did not disappoint!! The staff were so warm and welcoming, the hotel is modern clean and smells lovely!! And the food was fantastic, the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had, so much choice and everything cooked to perfection. Staff are so attentive but not to the point where they’re hovering, pitched perfectly!
