"very clean, great staff"

"The location to the airport was nice and convenient. While there wasn't much, if anything, to do arond the immediate area, the metro stop is right outside which makes transport to the city center very accessible. When booking I was under the impression the room had one bunk bed and one seperate bed, however, this proved to be wrong. While this was true, it was still a very nice stay and would definitely book this property again. They were able to hold our bags after check out as well so we did not have to pay for a locker at ZRH."

"Our stay at the property was excellent. All of the staff were very kind. From the shuttle driver, front-desk and the restaurant servers. Room is kinda small but very cleaned. Breakfast buffet was very delicious. Me, my wife and my kids enjoyed it. Thank you to Lea Senti, Francis Reyes, Muhammad Aziz and especially to Jasmina Kasper for going above and beyond, thank so much for your kindness. "

"I asked reception if I could borrow an electrical adaptor plug and they offered to sell me one for CHF10. The hotel I stayed in the previous two nights had loaned me one for free. That's the difference between good service and bad service."
