“It is the warm welcome. The environment and the activities for children . The farm experience and their tour of the farm is a must. The architectural design with bamboo is so beautiful
Especially their green mangoes. If you lobe bird watching this is also the good place with the sound of kilyawan birds.”

“We stayed for a couple of nights at Paradores. The place is well maintained considering its age. Some parts of the house are over a hundred years old. Woodworking professionals will appreciate the hardwood floors held together not by nails but of wood pegs. They are uneven at certain parts of the Spanish era home. But that is part of the charm. Just make sure you wear shoes with good traction as the flight of stairs can be quite slippery due to the wood preservatives used. The infinity pool is……

“This is Glamping! Beautiful views over the Taal lake and the volcano, feeling as living in the djungle but without the need for tent and camping fire: more civilized.
On the downside, you have to be prepared for some animals that sneaks into your room as well; we had geckos and cockroaches. If you are uncomfortable with it you can always call the staff and they will come remove them, though.
Definately more of a couples getaway or honeymoon, than family oriented or for solo travellers. But a……

“The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The resort is geared more for couples and adults than families with young children, but the staff took the time to make sure my youngest felt welcomed. This resort is focused on longevity and wellness which is reflected in the menu at the restaurant. The services they provide are top notch, but you will pay for that high quality. Overall our long weekend away from the busses of the city was amazing and we all look forward to returning again.”
