A very good place to stay. middle of the city.

The hotel location is a plus, very clean and well maintained, People there are very helpful, and attentive. Room very clean and practical. You will be able to get all kind of restaurants and bars, Ibague is a small town but with a lots of different places to visit, they have a great airport which is convenient and easy to use.

The hospitality at reception desk needs much improvement overall rooms are neat daily cleaned. Dinning not the menu inviting appetite. The surroundings need security at night i did not feel confortable walking out of the hotel at night

Staff very friendly and helpful except for the fact that my wife’s nephew came to the hotel to visit us. He got there as we were checking in and went up to the room with us. The next day he came to the hotel when he got off work and the front desk called us and told us he was in the lobby. We told them to send him up but they refused. We had to go down and try to get them to let him in. They said he has to have ID ( which he didn’t have on him). We told the woman that she let him in the other day no questions asked. Why is today any different? Anyway he had to get his mother to send him a copy of his ID to get let into the hotel. Not happy with that!
