“This property is amazing! It is set in the hills of the Ozarks not far from the lake and shopping, but very private on 3 acres bordered by woods, creek and hay field. We had too terriers with us and they roamed until their hearts were content and had a real time trying to catch a groundhog. It was a great adventure for them and totally wore them out.The check-in was flawless, as Cindy had the lights on and house ready for us. She was thoughtful to leave a goody bag for us with delicious……

“We loved our stay! Awesome location. Quiet and beautiful. We visited the park often and it was absolutely peaceful. I saw an Eagle! Plenty of places nearby to visit or eat. I was never farther than 30 minutes from anything. We were visiting for sons Basic Graduation. The house was very warm and welcoming. Host was always helpful. Great stay.”

“The condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Location was near great restaurants. My only complaints, which is minor, we could have used pool towels and more bath towels. Primary closet was locked so would have liked a wardrobe to hang clothes in. But these are not deal breakers…it’s a great place!”

“My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in the Cozy House on the Hill very much. It was absolutely clean, well stocked, warm (we appreciate the blanket on the couch), and inviting. The little touches that you provided made our stay there much more enjoyable than some of the other places we have stayed. Also, Sabine was easy to contact and her directions in getting into her home were easy. Thank you for making our stay in Waynesville a delightful one. ”
