“i didnt expect to have such a stay but has already booked it so we have to manage it, the receiptionist is always not available and also there was no launge are to sit and even have a convo with someone, its only you and your bed. No food or something to buy at the venue unless walked to a groceres shop. this made the living uncomfortable.”

"入住當下發現冰箱內部沒有隔板，無法盛放食物及東西，經反應後，人員要我們直接使用，嚴正表明影響使用便利性，結果經過爭吵（因為人員不想處理），勉為其難提供一個小單門冰箱，但沒有製冷功能等於無法使用，感受非常差。早餐及晚餐的自助餐點有地方特色但無變化（每天都一樣），湖景漂亮、地點方便，房間空間大但清潔度有待加強。"
