“The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. ”

“Found all areas clean. Staff very welcoming however on leaving we were advised a courtesy room would be available as we were not leaving until 1630 hours. We did ask if this needed to be booked but advised no. When approached reception to check use of courtesy room advised not available and could use shower in lower area where toilets were. This was just a shower no hairdryer and actual changing facilities. We had to approach spa to see if we could use facilities in there. As hotel is due to……
