「One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! Didn’t get us in our room until 4pm, the room they put us in had no working AC and they had to move us to another room at 12:30am in the night because of this, keep in mind I paid for a sea view room on top floor and they put us on the ground floor! Then this same ground floor room had mosquitoes everywhere even the cleaning staff felt bad for us & to say sorry they just gave us a bottle of champagne lol.」
