「Excellent location with a great rooftop. Good food and drink and well priced for Ibiza. We booked 5 rooms in total for a group to celebrate my 40th birthday. I was offered an upgrade, but had to pay for the pleasure! As a gift the group treated me, however the upgraded room was still rather small. Would have loved a gesture for my birthday, but nothing was given, which I feel would have been acknowledged in most other hotels. However overall a great hotel.」

「Room key is on a used dirty wristband that you can’t take off. No elevator directly from the ground floor where the reception is. Place to store your baggage is unmanaged. Each guest gets a key to a storage room where they can put their luggage and then they have to return the key back to reception. By the time we got to check in, the luggage room was packed full, and we had to move people’s bags to get to ours. 「Loved the vibe at the hotel, every year i come to Ibiza i pick a different concept group. i loved the perks of being a guest at this hotel like having a club to go to, which was pretty good! the restaurant was great, and so was the breakfast at the hotel- i do wish the breakfast would run until later almost Brunch time 1 pm. I had it included in our reservation unfortunately if you do go out to the clubs its hard to wake up before 11 am (LOL). Pool area was great but i did find the food and...
