“The room looked nothing like the one photo. The actual room was more like an old emptied out ex-kebab shop with a bed. Neither the air-con nor the fridge worked. There was an exposed power converter unit on top of the headboard, just sitting there out in the open waiting for someone to poke a finger in.
The building itself should be condemned. Maybe it was. Nails and bits of wood on the floor in the rickety elevator, with the floor number selection buttons flickering precariously, making each……

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay :)
The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful, always doing their best to make guests feel comfortable. The hotel offers excellent facilities, and the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options.
However, I believe the cleanliness and maintenance could be improved, especially in the bathrooms, considering the hotel’s 5-star rating. The location is also quite inconvenient, as walking to nearby places can be difficult due to the road……

“The room was cozy, clean, and well maintained. The location is very convenient — close to Migros and just a short walk to the metro station. Staff were generally friendly and helpful.
However, there are a few things to keep in mind: there are short stairs in front of the lobby, so you may need to carry your luggage, and staff might not always be available to assist. Also, getting in and out of a car in front of the hotel can be a bit tricky due to limited space.
Overall, a pleasant stay and……

“Our stay in Room 205 was quite average due to recurring maintenance and service shortcomings. The provided remote did not match the AC unit, so every time we needed it turned on, we had to call reception or manually reach the button on the ceiling.
The Gym was okay they provided towel but the pool was not supervised and kids were eating inside the pool.
Housekeeping was equally disappointing: despite asking repeatedly, our bed sheets were not changed once throughout our six-day stay. The room……
