"Our only problem was that we had to wait quite a while for service at meals, drinks etc, although staff did apologise about this and indeed deducted the service charge on one meal. Meals were quite lengthy occasions, however!"

"Accommodation was actually really nice. However, they charged my card twice and luckily I noticed although it took a couple of days for the refund. Wasn't good customer service that they didn't respond to my text messages or voicemail and didn't even apologise for their error!"

"Lovely house, right in the heart of Lavenham. Really clean, well appointed and very thoughtful touches.Comfy beds and good hot shower.The staircase is pretty steep, but it's a period house.
