Located in Bonneville County, Idaho, Idaho Falls is a two-hour drive from the ski resorts of Grand Targhee and Sun Valley. While the city can be negotiated on foot, there is limited local public transportation. Renting a car is recommended to be able to enjoy the picturesque countryside at your leisure.
