"Room was very big, clean and airy. Very hot so asked for fan,,,,Adam on reception soon sorted. Big car park and wifi is adequate. Bathroom decor a bit tired and stain on carpet near bathroom door. "Great place great location but the check-in was not easy. I did the pre check in downloaded the app but the app kept saying check-in so I went back and I had. Ended up just using the key codes which you get 2 mins before 3pm. I kept worrying that there was a problem and I was already in Harrogate. ..."
