“Clean room”

“Was sent away and had a hard night due to a surprise £100 deposit that’s never listed which gets returned 4-5 working days later . I asked for a refund of the room and was denied and sent away. Very horrible hotel Would sue”

“Location is good. Room is clean but air conditioner is not working and no refrigerator. ”

“The restaurant was closed. Ni one answered the phone. Curtains didn’t fully shut. No soap. Cold shower in morning. No one manning breakfast. Had to knock on staff door to get tea. Guy hadn’t a clue even put the milk in the teapot. Continental breakfast just had a few children’s type cereal toast bowl of fruit yogurt. No milk out to have on cereal. Had to chase that up. One guest had slug in bedroom. Another bought their own bits in to have with breakfast”

“nice staff and very helpful, good breakfast provided, good experience. Not many options to choose for meal near the hotel.”

“No one to greet me so had to guess which room was mine. No info in room for wifi etc. Tea and coffee but no water (in August). Damp in one corner, mould in the other. Mouldy window frames that didn’t close properly. Managers not interested, blamed Head Office.”

“Good location for Brontë world and bus stop etc . Friendly staff Property looks grubby, dirty carpets , dirty furniture , not enough towels for two night stay Dirty cushions on bed Hygiene seemed poor I would say furniture more second hand than vintage/ antique , noise travelling between rooms Wouldn’t stay there again”

“Comfy bed”

“Easy self check in. The property is a bit tired looking and dated. There was no reception to request an early breakfast as I had to leave by 07h30, so left without breakfast.”

“Lovely quaint hotel in the heart of Haworth. Easy access to all amenities and the moors. Great breakfast. Comfy bed and nice shower.”

“Everything was spot but except mattresses. Below par quality mattresses if compared with premier inn etc”
