"Great location. Walking distance to the city center. Flybussen/Airport Express bus dropoff and pickup location right in front of the hotel - very convenient! Good breakfast buffet. But the breakfast buffet at the Clarion/Comfort Hotels I stayed at in Alesund and Tromso had more food choices/varieties. Room window was dirty, however. "This place is Nice, simple, and Warm. The Staff is very friendly and Helpful. Breakfast is not included but believe me pay a little extra (around 95 Kroner) is a good Deal. You have different options in the Menu Plus you have other extra stuff ( as Cereal, milk, jelly , butter , Orange Juice) . As a Guest you Have Coffee available any time. It is not a Fancy place, is more a Warm and cozy place."

"Two things strike you when you pull in to Sjoberg Ferie, 1) a beautiful location and 2) the look of a construction yard, with temporary structures (porto-potty?) and window/doors either about to be installed or just being taken out. The room was comfortable enough with a kitchenette (fridge, stovetop - no microwave or oven). A jumble of IKEA furniture, average design and a bed frame so awkward it was uncomfortable to sit up and watch tv. Decent number of outlets but no hooks in the bathroom....

Just don’t stay here
"First we get an email with a key code, no desk person on duty, then we can’t get to the hotel because the roads are closed due to some event, then when we finally arrive and get to our room it’s small, hot and noisy. The street noise itself was absurd but we were tired so we just dealt with it, it was so hot and advertised as having AC which it did not but we could not open the window due to the noise so again we just dealt with it. Overall this was one of the worst hotels we stayed in during our 3 week trip in Norway. I get it’s a budget hotel but I’ve stayed in hostels that were better for far less money. "
