“Extremely impressed with this hotel. Spotlessly clean room, friendly staff, and cool “Rio” concept. I didn’t expect it to be as nice. We stayed in a suite and it was extremely spacious. I would stay here again. ”

“While I only stayed here for one night, these mini apartments would be excellent for a long-term stay too. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Key for me is always the hairdryer, which was excellent! I didn’t check in until midnight because our train into Frankfurt was late, but we were quickly met by security and given our room key. In the morning, the two women at the front desk were super friendly and gave me great suggestions for walking into……

“I received an email without start & comfort codes. I takes me about 1-hour to get into my apartment. It is also very inconvenience and expensive for a foreigner to make an emergency call. It will be charged as international phone call. The whole activation/access processes should be reviewed and improved.”
