「Excellent Lake Biwa view on 9/F. The room in 9/F is new decorated and contains modern facilities with Japanese classic style. The private hotspring is good. The Japanese breakfast included is also good. The bath room should have curtain for guest who is shy. The location is very peacful but no convenient store or any facilities nearby. Need to drive car by 3 minutes to the nearest convenient store.」

The staff is friendly and hospitable , he led us to the room with hot match tea, and we got a tea souvenir the next day. The public outside onsen is also the highlight, we enjoy very much with Kasuaga hotel and hope we would visit again soon in the future!」
