Power supply is rationed.
"First day I arrived here, they were sitting pretty on a 1 star. Checked in around 2pm thereabout from a long road trip only to get into my room with no light. When I asked, I was informed power supply is only available from 6pm-8am the next day. There was no water supply until past 6pm this same ..."
