This is a lovely hotel in a historic building. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant was excellent. Downside, our room was interior without a window, the a/c was quite noisy. The location in city center is convenient to historic sites and metro but not a very pretty area for strolling around.

Hotel West excellent and clean.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was upgrade to a sweet with no extra charge with a wonderful view to the zocalo The staff was amazing.
