“Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s. On the positive side, public areas are clean and up-to-date and the staff are pleasant. The amount charged……

“We are very impressive with this vineyard hotel. The house is pretty sitting quietly next to a small town and surrounded by grapes plant. They have two cute donkeys, four geese’s, a few goats and bunch of chickens which we enjoy sometime with. We love the view from our balcony, from kitchen, even from the bathroom! It provides relaxing countryside vibe to us. The manager is also very helpful. ”

“I was so happy after our long flight from Hong Kong. We were able to stay in a beautiful hotel during our trip. We don't often have the opportunity to see these gorgeous views and experience the unique atmosphere in HK. My family and I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. It was an amazing experience. We were able to enjoy the 24-hour minibar, which made us very happy. I am really looking forward to coming back again someday.”

“The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the city and hills at night. It seems they have multiple buildings with rooms. We were in the building attached to the reception. We appreciated the free parking in the nearby parking garage for our car. The room was affordable albeit we were only a 40-minute drive to the airport in the morning traffic. We did not have the breakfast as we had an early departure.
