"This place was extremely magical!! The dramatic location and views, incredible design, essential and thoughtful necessities for a nourishing getaway!! The location is remote and that is a big part of the appeal, but come prepared with provisions as there’s no need to leave :) We keep saying and how lucky we were to get to stay at such a special place…. An absolute treasure, I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming!!"

"きれいに清掃されていて安心して滞在できました。雨模様の天気でしたが洗濯機が乾燥機能付きドラム洗濯機に更新されていて大変助かりました。トイレもウォッシュレットタイプです。建物は古いですが管理人さんのお人柄か大変ぬくもりを感じる施設でした。感謝申し上げます。"

"アメニティも寝具も人数分用意されておりませんでした。当然、収納場所も把握しているわけもなくショートメールと電話で問い合わせをしたところ、折り返します、とのこと。待たされたあげく、ショートメールで一方的に収納場所とそこを開けるためのパスが送られてきたのみ。収納場所の説明もなく、それがどこなのかこちらはすぐに把握することができませんでした。本来用意されているべきものがなく不手際があったにもかかわらず、なぜ十分なフォローがされないのか、またどういった状況なのか、説明を求めて電話しましたが、一切謝罪の言葉はなく、そのことを追求しましたが折り返します、と言われたまま1日すぎても一向に連絡がきません。ミスに対するフォロー、態度があまりにひどすぎて本当に嫌な気持ちになりました。"

"The hotel was amazing! Just driving to the guest house to check in, we saw Mt. Fuji. The staff during check in were so friendly and kind. Our room was magnificent! It was huge! The in room open air onsen was so wonderful. We could see Mt. Fuji as we relaxed in the onsen. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. We loved our stay, and wish we would have booked more nights at this awesome resort. "
