"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics and unwillingness to accommodate my situation."

"I recently had a wonderful stay there! The accommodation was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful touch of having breakfast provided each day. The staff was attentive and checked in regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly, making my vacation incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. One minor suggestion: the listing did not clearly specify the different accommodation options available. We chose a 2/F unit, which, while lovely, was less convenient for the elderly members of our group. Highlighting such details in the selection process would be beneficial.
