"We had to pay 260 euro deposit to get key, had to make up own beds & strip afterwards, no towels provided, had to clean & wash floor and make all spotless & have it inspected. Carry used linen to reception before return of deposit, without having been told this when checking in. All this came as unwelcome surprise, anyone thinking of using this "hotel" should be warned. This was after just two nights. We will not recommend this "hotel", so unwelcoming..[This was also only hotel we've stayed in...

"Immensely beautiful, peaceful property. House was very clean and well equipped kitchen wise. A very cozy library added to the charm. Many spaces in the house to have private time to curl up with a good book. The yard was beautiful with many beautiful flowers. I look forward to returning."

"A wonderful house in a great location. We only used the downstairs as there were only 2 of us with our dog but there would have been plenty of space for a family. The documentation provided for the house appliances was excellent. Perhaps somewhere to dry wet items would have been useful in varied weather! It might have been us but we only found a few TV stations were available. We enjoyed the area greatly"

"The Beach House is ideally suited to those seeking a peaceful retreat with all the benefits of top end holiday accommodation, The House overlooks a near deserted beach and is very well equiped, spotlessly clean, comfortable with excellent WIFI and Internet. The host is helpful, professional in approach, has excellent communication skills, attention to detail and was very welcoming. A delightful property in a great coastal location. "Das Haus ist klein, aber für zwei Personen super ausgestattet und bietet den notwendigen Comfort. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern. Die Lage ist schwer zu finden, aber dafür war der Gastgeber sehr hilfreich. Im Außenbereich saß man geschützt zwischen der Unterkunft und dem Haus der Gastgeber, nur das ständige Kläffen der Nachbarshunde war etwas störend. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt um von dort aus die gesamte Gegend zu erkunden. "

"The house is about 5 mins away from a nice beach and other activities. It has three bedrooms. I think it would be a squash to get 7 people staying despite there being enough bedrooms. The downstairs shower/ toilet opens out onto the kitchen. The bath in the upstairs is half size sit down bath. There is parking for one car. There are lots of chairs to use both inside and out. "The house and pool were perfect for us, and the house, particularly the living space, is bigger and better than it looks in the pictures. The nearby beach also seems to be one of the best in the area for swimming and climbing. The owners always answered any queries promptly and changed the bedroom setup to accommodate our kids of different ages. Thank you!"

"Sandrine is a very kind and friendly host who will welcome you with open arms in her cosy and functional holiday house. The house is located in a quiet residential area just a short stroll away (5min walk) from the town of Prospoder . It has a large fenced garden perfect for our dogs. We really enjoyed our stay !"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Point St Mathieu, and found that the villa suited our needs very well. We all found the beds amazingly comfortable so we slept very well. The garden was well used for eating al fresco and relaxing on loungers and in the hot tub. We appreciated the wine on arrival, an invitation to the local Fest Noz and the amazingly interesting views. All in all a memorable week."

"We booked the cottage at very short notice but with absolutely no problems at all. It is a lovely little house exactly as described. High quality throughout, in excellent condition and very well equipped. It is a very short stroll to a pretty little beach, much enjoyed by our dog. Isabelle and her son (who has excellent English) are kind and helpful hosts. We and our dog very much enjoyed our stay!"

"The ocean view makes up for any shortcomings, however the shower hose is awkard and only gives a relatively low pressure. There's an accessible lift to avoid the steps if you have a pushchair, wheelchair or heavy luggage but noone expains that this in in the basement area so you end up lifting heavy luggage up steps and slopes. Lovely pots have no plants in, so creates a neglected first impression and there's no bedside tables. "
