“A place of tranquility where you are at ease in a beautiful garden, nice pool to cool down. Franck and Colette are welcoming and always helpful, but mostly make you feel at home. Our room’s view was one of the best I’ve ever seen! My only critique is the service, while warm, was a little casual for the price of the hotel. “Very friendly staff. I arrived the day after my reservation date, at 6:00 am. They still honored my reservation. I did have a good reason for the lateness. We were rerouted from Toulon to Montpellier because of the storm (always check weather!) and then back to Toulon in an 3 hours bus trip. Once back to the empty Toulon airport around 3 Am there were no shuttle, taxi or Uber. Walked 1 1/2 hour to the hotel using Google map (which is not easy when you lose wifi and do not have cell service). ……
