“Room maintenance: a black color tape next to the main door lock , door is not black color, looks like labeling my room is different, but found out the door paint is peel off so put a 10 cm black tape to cover. Very brilliant. Shower room door cannot close fully since the floor is cracked.
2. Efficiency: I would like to extend my room for one night, but asked Front desk the price is higher than I booked in Expedia, so I extended my booking in Expedia, had to wait for 15 mins for renewal the room……
