「Check in experience is good as the staff is very responsible and speaks good English. The service is also flexible in providing early check in and late check out. Sea view room is very cool too. Housekeeping really brings the overall stay experience very mediocre, because: 1. the dishes and water glasses were not cleaned everyday. 「Terrible experience from check-in to check-out. I paid extra for a Junior Suite with Pool View, but was initially given a room overlooking the parking garage with only the tops of pool umbrellas visible. This was not what was advertised. My booking showed 18 photos of the room I paid for, none of which resembled the room we received. When I questioned it, the front desk said, "The pictures are just pictures," and claimed the hotel was fully booked. After I insisted this was false advertising...
