“We had the deluxe double room for one night. I chose this hotel for the specific purpose of the pool and jacuzzi. I was sorely disappointed to find out that the jacuzzi was not hot AT ALL. The heated pool was not very warm either. It would have been ok if we had access to the hammam easily, but it could comfortably hold only 2 people at a time. With 4, it is a squeeze and not at all relaxing. The room was big, clean and comfortable. It had cozy sheets and nice towels. Some things to note: no……

When we request for hair dryer, the front dest told that we have to wait until the next morning because everyone requested for it... and the hair dryer disappeared after we return hotel, seems the hotel staff entered our room without asking?”
