"This is a brand new hotel that just opened 2 months ago. It was an amazing hotel, very beautiful, in an excellent location in the Centro Historico part of Mazatlan. The rooms were nicely done and comfortable. The service was outstanding. Everyone who works here is very helpful and nice. "Staff was rude Our rooms had roaches The staff at the dinning are Palapa Breakfast and Lunch rude if they would assume if you leave a tip they will treat you right but if they assume you would not give a tip they were soo rude the only staff that was great was Palapa Dinner they were awesome "
