A bath with shower, WC, and double hand-basin completes this level. On the lower ground floor, accessible by an exterior staircase, you will discover a living and sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, and satellite TV. A walk-through room features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm with exit to the garden, followed by 1 open small room without a window containing 1 x 2 bunk beds measuring 70 cm.
