Super location
Great beds, fast internet, full cable TV, HDMI cord open on TV. Ocean view. My TMobile uc5G was very fast. Walk to beach, pier, restaurants, bars, and public transportation. Will stay here again.

Great place for the price
Everything went smoothly and we loved the condo. It wasn’t clear at the time I booked that the ocean water was unsafe in this particular location so it was kind of a bummer to stay right on the beach, but have to drive a few miles north to swim. Looking back, that’s probably why it was affordable. Overall, we loved it. Would stay here again.

Awesome spot
This condo was awesome clean had everything we needed for our stay ! The area had a variety of restaurants, beach clean, area for kids to play close by, an awesome peer. Only unavoidable issue the sea water was contaminated had to go to other beaches to enjoy the water. Otherwise great place for anyone to stay.

Wonderful place! *Caution the water!
The check in was a little slow as the cleaners weren’t finished, we couldn’t get a hold of the managers, everything was closed up. We needed a few towels, and had some questions and wish there would have been more people around to easily communicate with. We also wish there would have been a travel advisory posted for the beach the condo sits on. It’s quite often closed for contamination and we wish we would have known that.

Perfect for families
This was just what we needed. Perfect location. We could go out every morning and get a great spot on the beach and just hang out and relax and play games. The condo was clean and cool and perfect. I had to text the owners one time and they responded quickly. We are going to stay here again next year. Thank you The only thing I suggest is to get a cheese grater and a can opener. Also, a regular coffee maker. But other than that it was the most perfect vacation ever. Thank you

Place seemed bigger in the picture but was a great experience overall. Close to anything we needed (Walmart, autozone) but still feel like we are away on vacation. Not too far from SeaWorld and the zoo.

Great layout
The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. Very secure complex. The pool & hot tub were great, as was the view & distance to the beach. However, there was a homeless man with a cart full of stuff directly btwn our view & the beach, obviously not something the property managers can control. Imperial Beach is a very family friendly area but a bit far from tourist sites in downtown San Diego.

Absolutely perfect place for our family!!
We were first time Verbo renter's. The unit #214 was so roomy, We had five adults and a 6yr. plenty of room to maneuver around in. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was super cozy!!! The unit was well stocked with high-quality items. The location was great with quick beach access. Overall I would definitely recommend the place to friends and family. We will go back.

Fun in the sun!
Perfect location to enjoy the beach for some fun in the sun! Loved the view and the dolphins that played in the surf right out the window! The pool and hot tub were perfect! We had a small issue with a shower fm drain the first night but the managers checked in with us after our first night and came as soon as we reported the issue. Wed love to stay here again!

Pleasent place with great location
Stayed with large family group. Location was wonderful but not super close to San Diego. Condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. It is dated but everything was in good working order. TV's had power but we had trouble making them work. We were very busy so lack of TV's in bedrooms was no issue.

The only thing is that, we were assigned 2 parking, & the first day we got there someone took one of our parking spaces & renter never responded to our messages when I tried to contact him. We also called the number it had & no one answered, but other than that we loved it, & everything was nice & clean

Our primary objective for our family vacation was to spend time outdoors in a condo that had a heated pool and jacuzzi. In the listing it met our requirements. Upon arrival we found that the pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was empty. The property manager kept insisting that the pool was heated, which we later found out that the pool heater was being repaired. The pool finally warmed up on our last day. The jacuzzi was never repaired our entire stay. In spite of multiple emails to the owner I did not at a minimum receive an apology!!

Great place. Although a few things to mention. It said there was a coffee maker. There was a Keurig and we brought coffee. We ended up buying a coffee maker and leaving it. Also the knives are very dull. It would've been nice to have sharp knives. The sharpener doesn't sharpen. Other than that it was a great stay. Beds were comfortable and clean.

California Vacation
This place exceeded our expectations! The check in process is tricky but we received several emails detailing how to handle it so we were fully prepared! When we arrived the house was clean and ready for us. The view is amazing and just steps from the beach. Just a short drive to sea world and downtown San Diego. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the beds were really comfortable. Thank you so much for letting us stay! We enjoyed every minute!

Perfect getaway on the ocean
We loved how easy and clean this property was. Imperial Beach is excellent for experiencing what California offers without extreme crowds. The location was perfect for shops and restaurants and an easy drive to other San Diego attractions.

IB condo
The property was nice! However I was very disappointed that I called about a problem with our sink drain on the day after we arrived and no one ever came to fix it! We were then limited with regard to our bath facilities for the duration of our stay, and with 3 couples that really very inconvenient for our time to get out to see the area! I would like to see some amount of a refund!

Not children or animal friendly
Although listed under dog and children friendly you quickly realize it is neither with all the listed quiet zone signs everywhere you walk. Additionally, the elevator stopped letting us get off at floor 2 for half the day from 4am to I reported at 4pm and magically after I reported it I got a response that no one had complained and maintenance said it had no issue however the problem fixed itself and we didn’t have it again. There are violations and fees for these violations for children listed which we noticed after all the quiet zones. Keep in mind this is listed as a child friendly condo. Worst is we couldn’t even swim in the ocean we paid to stay on beach front property for because of the borders sewage problem. We had to drive 30 minutes every day with 5 children.

Visiting my son in the Navy
We loved IB since it wasn’t as congested as Coronado. Lots of food options in walking distance and Coronado is only 11 minutes away from where my son is stationed. We could easily get around in San Diego from IB. This condo is large and we had plenty of room just to hang out and catch up with on another. Ok he condo is very secure with lots of locked doors and gates. We love to cook and the kitchen was stocked well. There is a Wal-mart roughly 10 min away and grocery stores even closer. There is a lot of walking from your room to the garage area if you are on the second or third floor. There is an elevator. We do recommend the walk to the end of the pier to eat at Tin Fish.

Great location but needs some TLC
The unit could use some updating and was in need of some minor repairs, but the location was great. We saw dolphins from the window and loved the easy access to the beach. The beach had a decent amount of seaweed, but we also found several sand-dollars. If you plan on cooking, know that there was no salt, pepper, oil, etc. Plenty of pots and pans and otherwise well stocked.

The property was very nice. And very close walking distance to the beach. but the bad thing was that the beach was closed due to contamination so we had to drive 35 minutes to a different beach that was far enough away from the contamination from Tijuana.

I was notified less than 24 hours of my check in that the beach was CLOSED along with the pool and spa. The pricing didn't reflect it nor was I accommodated. I spoke with the rental manager for assistance and she was extremely rude. Comparing and contrasting other facilities such as the Marriott versus their own....it was truly unprofessional.

Thank you for your review, Unfortunately, all beaches in southern California are closed for 72 hours after rain and we have had a very wet year. I am grateful we have a pool for those times.

Our family of 5 had a great time at this property. Easy access to the beach and many restaurants to walk to. The view was great. Although we were unable to get sun on the patio nor were we able to watch the sun set due to the angle of it. Beds comfortable and sheets and linens too. The unit in general could use some updating and brightening up. The blinds are out dated, some are broken and would not open. They need to be replaced. The kitchen had everything we needed, however the cabinets need updating (slam, don't shut all the way) and smelled dingy inside. The table provided while nice, is way too large for the space it is in. We took a leaf of it out to make more room. The pool and hot tub are nice and well heated. We enjoyed them even in cooler temperatures. The chairs on the pool deck need to be replaced. They are not in good condition or comfortable at all. Being so close to the pier was fun and we loved collected sand dollars during low tide. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Property had a great view of the beach. The condos were in good shape overall, not perfect, but management was very quick and responsive with any issues. The condo was comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. It was a great price in a great neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Enjoyable location in Imperial Beach
The property was situated right near everything from food to entertainment. It is very close to the pier and many dining options. Beach access was easy and the view was enjoyable. Property to stand to update pool area tables and chairs. The bar b que grills should be cleaned up, seems only one was working at the time of our visit. The unit itself was well equipped although it could use some updating of the bathrooms and kitchen. Take your own beach chairs and toys. The chairs at the unit were old and rusted. All and all it was a great place to stay for our family.

Condo was just as described. Neighborhood around the condo was nice. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Beach was not over crowded. The condo could use a little attention. Many of the dishes were dirty when we got there. Dish washer is in really bad shape which might explain the lack of clean dishes. We left a list of things we notice that needed some attention (typical things that wear out of time). We would use the condo again. Overall experience was nice. Building was very secure and was kept clean. The court yard area and pool looked beautiful but the tables and chairs around the pool were in very rough shape.

Beautiful Condo
This is a beautiful condo. My only concern was the door to the dryer did not lock. The dryer door lock needs to be repaired as it was broken when we got there. Nevertheless, this condo is very nice. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
