"Our Moonrise stay was excellent. We were pleasantly greeted by Charles, chief valet, and we decided to take that option. Checkin was smooth and Clay was very pleasant and informed of us the many dining and shopping options in the Loop area. The Loop area is great and we enjoyed the Walk of Fame. The hotel is moon_themed and very cool. Room was spacious and comfortable. I loved the bathrobe. Rooftop bar has a great vibe and nice views of area and even the Gateway Arch is the distance. Highly recommend. "

"The only thing that made me not like my stay was that the elevator was broke down the entire time I was there and I booked 2 rooms and they were so far apart i did not like it. I mean booking two rooms usually means you want your rooms to be close together and not be one on the second floor and the one on the lowest level they have. "
