"We love staying in the lodge because of the balcony. But talk about filthy… You could write your name on all the furniture in the dust. No cups in the bathroom, no regular coffee, one coffee cup. But the staff is phenomenal. But nowhere to eat anything decent after 8 PM. The sports bar says they’re open till 10 but they don’t say there’s no food after eight. They have raised the rates quite a bit, but we still like coming here cause it’s convenient to our property two hours away. "

"Our stay at the Kasa South Side was good. Not fantastic - but pretty good! Pls read to the end to get our full input... We had a bunch of issues that were pretty irritating (pull-out bed was not usable... it was ONLY springs and there were no sheets; thermostat was hard to figure out... it was missing the cover with instructions; the parking/entering building was confusing upon arrival & the parking lot was on the complete opposite end of the building from our Kasa; only one set of elevators...

"The entire hotel staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. I feel like the bartender and I are now friends. The property is modern and well-maintained. My room and its bathroom were significantly more spacious than the typical hotel room. While there was some noise from outside the hotel during the day, the interior of the hotel during the evening and night time was among the quietest I have experienced. "
