Excellent accommodation. very quiet and lovely viewto note - VRBO's indication of location is misleading - points it as being on South side of Umhausen rather than in Tumpen

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, Die Wohnung war groß genug, sauber und recht modern eingerichtet. Der Fernseher war auf dem neuesten Stand, die Betten gemütlich, die Küche war gut eingerichtet. Ein, zwei mehr Schneidebretter und Topfuntersetzer wären von Vorteil gewesen. Aber jetzt suche ich schon Kritikpunkte. Die Terrasse haben wir eher abends genutzt, da mittags es dort ziemlich warm wurde.

Es war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung war außerdem ausreichend beheizt. Lediglich die Hunde der Vermieter/in (wohnen über der FeWo) waren insbesondere früh morgens und spät Abends sehr laut.

Fijn appartement in rustig dorpje, slechts een paar minuten rijden naar de gondel naar Hochoetz waar je heerlijk kan skiën. Het appartement ligt op de begane grond en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Grote hal/inloop met veel kastruimte waar je skispullen kan laten drogen. Ruime woonkamer en keuken. Ziet er goed en en verzorgd uit. Enige minpuntje: WC is in de badkamer. Dat is net wat minder handig. Heerlijke week gehad. Aanrader!

Dovolená na horách

Nově a hezky kompletně zrekonstruovaný apartmán. K dispozici i vyhřívaná mistnost na vysušení lyžařských bot a lyží. Dojezdová vzdálenost na sjezdovky je sice 30 minut, ale kvalita apartmánu za to stojí. Doporučuji i na letní dovolenou, z apartmánu lze pěšky dojít na nádherný 159 metrů vysoký Stubaiský vodopád.

Ruim en schone vakantiewoning

Het huis is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigen parkeerplek. Eigenaar is vriendelijk, altijd 'in' voor een praatje, maar absoluut niet opdringerig. Als het regent kan je toch droog zitten onder het afdak. Mooie omgeving waar veel activiteiten ondernomen kunnen worden. Tip: koop de Ötztal Inside Summer Card. Wij vinden het voor herhaling vatbaar en komen graag nog eens terug!

Angefangen bei einer großen extrem sauberen Wohnung mit toller Einrichtung Über eine tolle Umgebung (wir waren mit kindern im alter von 7 bis 15 dort) Bis hin zu super freundlichen Vermietern! Alles wirklich empfehlenswert Wir kommen wieder!!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. War alles da und genügend Platz für unsere 5 köpfige Familie. Nur eine kleine Anmerkung: im Bad wären noch ein paar Haken für Handtücher nicht schlecht.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern genau richtig. Skigebiet Hochötz war schnell zu erreichen. Als kleine Anregung, im Bad wären noch ein paar Haken für die Handtücher nicht schlecht.

Nous sommes ravis de cet appartement, par l'accueil du propriétaire, de la propreté et de l'emplacement. Une seule petite remarque. Il serait agréable d'avoir un micro-ondes dans la cuisine.
