「If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order. I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!」

「Our experience staying at this hotel was worst part of our trip. First there was a mix up on our reservations and the “trainee” check in person had no idea what he was doing and unable to help so he called the manager who was not only unwilling to accommodate but was very aggressive on the phone to point that he was yelling. Second the walls are very thin and you can hear the people three rooms down. Third, the pillows were hard as rocks and the best was that the toilet paper holder only had one...

「Clean, friendly staff, great extras, the breakfast was good. I gave it 4 starts for the patio furniture outside was worn and had tears in spots. Also, there was no Orange Juice available because they were out of it for all 3 of the days I had stayed there.」

「The staff was nice and the room was decently priced. Near restaurants and stores which is nice. Apart from that honestly it was a bad experience. Our room smelled of mold and onion our whole stay. We learned that a few homeless people have been staying in some of the rooms and he was the one making everything smell and bringing in his broken bicycles and smelly dirty things into the hotel. Homeless man was able to get into the pool area when I went in with my kids and he grabbed a few towels and...

「Pool was closed which I was looking forward too. The toliet seat in my room was chipping and looked dirty. The bed was super hard and not comfortable at all as well as the pillows were very flat. Nice hotel but could definitely be better. The location was also difficult to find at first as it’s hidden behind other businesses.」
