“As an asian city person, it was almost impossible to imagine living on a lake during winter. Although I couldn’t see any aurora during the days I stayed in Inari, it was satisfying looking into the sky in the cabin at night and under sunlight. The hosts are very nice and friendly that he helped me to check the aurora status and the flight status of leaving Inari (since the corona virus is spreading and many flight has been cancelled). He also helped me to register for the activities in Inari……

“Die Hütte entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen hinsichtlich Gemütlichkeit, ausreichender Heizung selbst bei außen -30°C, Sauna und Kaminofen, Küchenausstattung. Wir haben uns zu zweit fast 3 Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Stark übertrieben ist nur die Behauptung, sie sei für bis zu 6 Personen geeignet. Es gibt nach normalen Maßstäben Platz für maximal 2 Erwachsene und 3 kleinere Kinder bis zu ca. 8 Jahren, und zwar sowohl wegen der Bettenanzahl und der geringen Höhe des oberen Schlafraumes, als……

“The check in/out counter is the cashier at the cafe next to the Kukkelli supermarket. It’s difficult to find a contact person when we have enquiries. We tried to call the given contact number and no one pick up. ”

“The property had everything required for a comfortable stay - the kitchen was fully equipped. The bedroom walls are a bit thin and you can “hear” everything in the adjacent apt bedroom. The signs and directions are in Finnish But that aside the sauna is huge and the whole apt is absolutely welcoming ”

"We had a great stay here. Riverside building with sauna room and balcony. Very cold in winter while stay at balcony but luckily we saw aurora in midlight . Room is clean and shower is very hot.Bed too soft for us. Great breakfast, very kind staff. Near supermarket. 15EURO for airport transfer &10EURO for bus station transfer. The aurora hunting tour through the hotel especially was awesome and unforgettable.The guide suggested we changed to another day as bad weather without any additional charges.We had amazing night with the guide and beautiful aurora. "
