Great stay

[+] Location was great, walking distance to shop and near by bar, scenic views over beautiful mountains. Very private, extremely clean and spacious. Great huge patio where we spend most of the time. Fantastic, friendly staff, great contact with people in charge. Pool is just perfect size. Villa equipped with everything you need. [-]Eating outside was impossible due to large amount of bees. Even though we didn't plan to, we end up renting a car because we had to get rid of the rubbish ourselves. That's something we knew about before renting but just didn't think it will be such a big deal as the recycling centre is quite far away. I would say you need a car to stay here for this reason.

positiv:- Pool sehr schön (alle 2Tage wurde er gereinigt),- sehr saubere und gepflegte Außenanlage- Betten top, es hat alles funktioniert (Geräte etc) - großzügige AusstattungNegativ: -Haus für 6 Personen und nur 4 Liegen, davon 2 defekt- Outdoor Garnitur teilweise beschädigt, Polster nicht ganz sauber - Müllsituation; trotz Nachfragen (online und persönlich) konnte man uns nicht sagen wo und wie wir den Müll entsorgen sollten- Boder war von Anfang an iwie nicht ganz so sauber. Schlieren ,- Bettwäsche vergilbt (wegen Sonnencreme), aber ansonsten sauberIm großen und Ganzen war die Unterkunft gepflegt und wir waren zufrieden, allerdings die kleinen Punkte haben uns gestört.

Logement très bien localisé, bien entretenu et spacieux. La literie est agréable et le linge de lit très propre. Le logement été propre à notre arrivée. Beaucoup de vaisselle et d'ustensiles à disposition. L'extérieur est très grand et spacieux également.

einfach nur Ruhe

Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe ist, ist hier genau richtig. Der Pool lädt rund um die Uhr zum Baden ein und die Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lebensmittelläden sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super. Das WLAN ist auch ok! Vielleicht könnten man auf der Terrasse noch 2 kleinere Lichter zur Verfügung stellen, dann wäre es perfekt. Das ist aber meine persönliche Meinung. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Notre séjour en famille aux vacances de la Toussaint était une réussite dans cette jolie maison, très agréable pour se détendre et se sentir en vacances. Le jardin est très joli, plein d’orangers. La piscine, frisquette en octobre, a servi à nos enfants malgré tout ! L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter l’île de part en part. Nous conseillons vivement cette location !

Gut für Familien mit kleineren Kindern,

[+] Gut für Familien mit kleineren Kindern, da der Pool direkt bei der Terrasse liegt und flach anfängt. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Klima, ein Schlafzimmer ist ohne. Dafür kann das Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage voll abgedunkelt werden, was mit Kindern wichtig sein kann. Besonders positiv: es waren viele Basics im Haus wie Spültabs, Waschmittel, Salz, Kräuter, Klopapier,... [-] Müll muss man selbst zur Sammelstelle fahren, kann man aber gut mit dem Einkauf koppeln. Die Küchenausstattung ist schon sehr basic, aber man kommt klar. Die Betten waren - außer für die Kinder - für alle 4 Erwachsenen unbequem. Die Zimmer sind anfangs etwas muffig, vor allem die Kleiderschränke.

We loved the pool and the shadowplace by the house. We felt there very freely having the pool just for ourselves. The house was well equipped, we had everything we needed. That we had to get the rubbish by ourselves and drive with it to a pointed location in Inca. That really annoyed us. Also the feeling in the house was a bit weird - we smelled mice, and felt unwelcome be the "ghosts" of owners of the house :) Some energetic "cleaning" is needed.

Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Haus auf der einen Seite neu eingerichtet und modern( Boxspringbett neue Badezimmerausstattung) und auf der anderen Seite war das Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer mit älteren Möbeln ausgestattet. Der Kleiderschrank roch etwas alt. Der Pool war schön groß und gut gepflegt. Wir konnten nicht herausfinden, wo ein Müllcontainer für den Hausmüll zu finden war. Es gab zu wenig Gläser und Frühstücksteller.Man findet das Haus nur durch Eingabe der Google Maps Koordinaten.

Eine schöne Villa, die nach Behebung der Mängel definitiv überragend ist

Positiv: Das wirklich große und gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus mit Pool ist sehr zentral auf Mallorca gelegen. Hier kann man mit einer hervorragenden Privatsphäre einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen. Gerade für Kinder ist der Pool und der große Garten mit Orangen- und Kiwibäumen absolut schön. Auch der Service ist sehr gut. Zweimal in der Woche kommt der wirklich nette Poolservice und bei Problemen hilft der Verwalter homerti sehr schnell und kompetent. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es fehlt eigentlich nichts. Handtücher, Fön, Waschmaschine usw. ist alles vorhanden. Das Haus bietet drei Schlafräume, eine große Küche, einen großen Wohnraum und zwei Bäder (einmal mit Dusche und einmal mit Badewanne). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 2 km an allen Tagen der Woche. Ein Mietwagen ist aber eine Vorraussetzung, sonst wird die Erreichbarkeit und der Einkauf schwierig. Die Sicherheit des Grundstücks incl. Zufahrt ist sehr gut. Normalerweise hätten wir sehr gern volle 10 Punkte gegeben. Doch es gab auch ein paar entscheidende Mängel, die die Bewertung leider etwas negativ beeinflusst haben. Bei Ankunft bemerkten wir eine heraushängende Steckdose auf der Terrasse. (Haben wir selbst behoben.) Bei den Elektrogeräten wie Toaster und Wasserkocher fehlen die Taster und letzterer schaltet sich aufgrund einer Fehlfunktion auch nicht mehr aus. (Sicherheitsmangel) Der Geschirrspüler funktioniert zwar, ist aber wegen des falschen Einbaus schwierig zu öffnen. (Einbaugerät in den Schrank gestellt) Die Kleiderschränke riechen sehr muffig. Ein großes Problem sind auch die Ameisen, die trotz Sauberkeit durch Fenster- und Türrahmen im Bereich der Küche eindringen. Ungünstig ist hierbei auch die Müllentsorgung. Man muss den Müll täglich zu einem Entsorgungspunkt in etwa 2 km Entfernung bringen,Öffnungszeiten Mo-Sa 6-10 Uhr und 17-21 Uhr, So 8-12 Uhr, sonst bekommt man Probleme mit Ungeziefer. Mülltonnen mit Entsorgung durch Müllfahrzeuge gibt es in diesem Teil von Inca nicht.

Really nice and quite finca in Inca.

Arround the house is more or less nothing and you can enjoy your privacy. Everything is there and spacious. You need 3-5 minutes to the next supermarket with car. Which have fresh fish counter, expect on mondays. This was really cool for us. I can recommend this place.

Der Pool ist ein Traum! :-)

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und der Pool ist fantastisch - warm, riesig und sehr sauber!! Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden die schöne Zeit gerne wiederholen. Als wir ankamen, fanden wir frisches Wasser und Wein als Geschenk für uns vor, das war so schön :) Wir hatten eine Zeit voller Privatsphäre und es war auch sehr ruhig, es gab keinen lauten Lärm von den Flugzeugen wie in anderen Häusern in vergangenen Urlauben. Vielen Dank an die Organisatoren und den Besitzer für diese freudige Erfahrung!!

Dejligt ugeneret hus.

Vi havde en super uge. Huset ligger 4 min. Kørsel fra Inca centrum. Det ligger skønt og ugeneret omgivet af olivenmarker. Perfekt hvis du virkelig ønsker at slappe af ! Vær ops på der kun er aircondition i to af soveværelserne.

Große Finca mit schönem Garten. Wir hatten Glück und die Orangen waren gerade reif, so hab es jeden Morgen frisch gepressten Orangensaft direkt vom Baum. Ausstattung ist Ok. Einziger Mangel, die eine oder andere Türe von Schlafzimmer oder Bad müsste Mal eingestellt werden, damit das Öffnen und Schließen geräuschlos von statten geht.

Absolute Weiterempfehlung, wenn man die Insel mit dem Mietwagen erkunden möchte!

Gustó · Es handelte sich um unsere erste Reise nach Mallorca. Die zentrale Lage von Can Moscari ist perfekt geeignet, um in allen Himmelsrichtungen die wunderschöne Insel zu erkunden. Das Haus ist super komfortabel und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben insb. die große schattige Terrasse, den fantastischen Pool und die frischen Orangen an den Bäumen im Garten sehr genossen! No gustó · Leider ist uns im Voraus nicht aufgefallen, dass eine extra Gebühr anfällt, wenn man die Klimaanlage benutzen möchte. Der Anbieter sollte auf diese Option bzw auf die Kosten besser hinweisen. Wir haben uns deswegen dann gegen die Nutzung der Klimaanlage entschieden, womit wir gut klar gekommen sind.
