Die Eigentümer haben sich nett vorgestellt und kümmern sich ein paar Mal in der Woche um alles, was draußen ist. Schöner Garten mit einem schönen Swimmingpool. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend. Schöne Villa. Parkplätze sind vor Ort vorhanden. Sichere Nachbarschaft. Die Villa verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten , inklusive Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Handtücher usw.

Der Außenbereich ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Er wurde elegant gestaltet, um alles zu berücksichtigen. Vom großen Pool bis zum Billardtisch hat er für jeden etwas zu bieten. Er integriert die natürliche Welt wunderbar und die Geräusche der Natur hallen den ganzen Tag und die Nacht hindurch wider. Den Nachthimmel von der Dachterrasse aus zu beobachten und den Zikaden in den Bäumen zu lauschen, ist ein echtes Sinneserlebnis. Design und Natur sind makellos miteinander verschmolzen und haben Perfektion geschaffen.

Ca Sa Nina ist ein komfortables Haus mit Pool, ruhig gelegen, gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist gepflegt und wunderschön, man sieht, dass sich die Gastgeber viel Mühe gegeben haben. Es steckt viel Liebe darin (während unseres Aufenthaltes kamen sie, um die Pflanzen zu gießen), das Haus ist makellos sauber, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind perfekt. Perfekt, die Klimaanlage arbeitet leise (im kleinen Schlafzimmer gibt es zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber das wäre kein Problem), gibt es 4 Badezimmer und eine große Küche. Die Gastgeber begrüßten uns mit frischem Obst und Wein und waren während unseres Aufenthalts hilfreich. Es ist jedoch ein perfekter Ort für eine Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Die Lage in der Mitte der Insel ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt, um ganz Mallorca zu erkunden. Es gibt viel zu sehen, von Valldemossa und Fornalutx bis zu den Höhlen Cuevas del Drach, ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Die Gastgeber haben uns hervorragend unterstützt, Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von den kleinen Geschenken wie Wein, Zitronen, Salat und Zucchini, Wir fühlten uns sehr komfortabel, Das Grundstück ist beeindruckend groß und alles ist sauber und gut gepflegt, Die Gastgeber sorgen dafür, dass zum Beispiel Laub alle 2 Tage entfernt wird, Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden, Die Lage war wunderbar und sehr ruhig, man konnte nur Tiergeräusche von Hunden, Hühnern, Schafen und Schweinen hören, Inca ist zu Fuß erreichbar oder innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto,

Schönes Haus, schöne ruhige Gegend. schöner Pool. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen und der Hauptstadt Palma.Inrichting ist rustikal spanisch, ich würde es nicht so dekorieren, aber es ist genau hier. Zumindest haben sie viel darauf geachtet. Es gibt 3 Betten, 2 Zweifler, also muss man haben ruhige Schläfer.2 der 3 Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, 3. Zimmer (1p) nur Ventilator.Man kann das 1p Bett aber auch bequem in 1 der 2 größeren Zimmer ziehen.Gut ausgestattete Küche,alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden,auch mit Klima Klimaanlage. Also zu Hause kochen was man will, kocht auch, klingt nicht nach Abenden, aber meine Kinder finden es lecker. Vermieterin kommt jeden zweiten Tag gegen 19:00 vorbei und kümmert sich um den Garten. Das ist praktisch oder unbequem, nur wie du willst es sehen. Am besten fährt man von der MA-2110, sonst kann man teilweise auf sehr schmalen Pfaden landen Zentral auf Mallorca gelegen also alles in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar 5 Autominuten von Inca entfernt wo sich mehrere große Supermärkte befinden. Wenn Sie zu Hause oder im Urlaub immer noch etwas falsch machen, ist der Hyperbazar Inca in Inca zu empfehlen, riesige Reinigungsaktion, fliegender Tiger, Xenos, günstiger Regenschirm für den Strand, Ball fürs Schwimmbad usw, usw und dann noch mehr. Mallorca ist eine wunderbar entspannte Insel mit vielen schönen Orten, Stränden, Märkten.
