The inviting and high quality Mallorcan finca is located on a large and completely fenced plot in the middle of the wide fields of the island center between the towns of Inca and Sineu.
Through a spacious driveway with enough space for two vehicles one reaches the house and laterally in the remarkably beautiful and well maintained garden, which is lined with palm trees and olive trees. In the middle of the garden and surrounded by lawns is the classic 8 by 4 meter pool. In addition to a comfortable sunbathing area right by the pool with shady areas, the rustic and practical grill area stands out. Here you can find everything you need for a summer barbecue. The dining area, which is protected by a pavilion, is next to the house and a few steps away is the covered veranda. The south-east orientation of the garden guarantees sunshine until the late afternoon.
The modern house itself is on two floors bright and friendly furnished. On the ground floor is the spacious living area with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with German satellite TV, as well as the house is equipped with an internet connection. Air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms ensures pleasant temperatures in all seasons, in addition the fireplace can be used. The use of air conditioners is optional and has to be paid separately.
Living and dining area form a large area and lie next to the large and fully equipped kitchen, which in turn has a direct exit to the pavilion and also has its own dining area.
A bathroom is on the lower floor next to a bedroom, which is furnished with two single beds. Two further bedrooms and bathrooms, one of them en-suite, are located on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms offers access to a private terrace with a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside.
The town of Inca is within a few minutes by car. Here you can find everything you need for self-catering on the finca. From here, you can reach both the capital Palma and the beautiful beaches in the north of the island in half an hour, so the house offers an ideal starting point for recreation and beach holidays.
