Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Inca. Die Finca liegt ein wenig außerhalb von Inca. Wir waren mit Freunden dort und hatten einen Mietwagen. Daher kam uns die Lage eher entgegen, da die Finca dadurch ein sehr schöner Ort für ein erholsamen Urlaub war. Ich habe mich neben dem Urlaub noch auf eine Langdistanz im Triathlon vorbereitet. Dafür ist die Lage perfekt. Ein Stückchen die Landstraße vor und es ging in die Felder rund um Inca. Die Aussicht beim Laufen war einfach traumhaft. Radtouren gibt es von der Finca aus in alle Richtungen tolle Strecken. Hier konnte man zwischen wellig und bergig alles fahren.Die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und es wurde immer direkt darauf reagiert. So stelle ich mir einen verantwortungsvollen Vermieter vor.Gerne kommen wir wieder.Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Herrliche Finca in ruhiger Lage

Tolle, großzügige und gepflegte Finca, die ruhig liegt, aber durch die Autobahnanbindung auch zur Erkundung der Insel geeignet ist. Wir konnten bei tollem Wetter den Pool und die Liegen genießen, schön auch, dass durch den großen Baum im Garten jederzeit Schatten vorhanden ist, wenn man ihn möchte ;)

Wir hatten eine super Woche.Eine wunderbare Finca,bestens ausgestattet,schöner Garten mit viel Natur (Mückenspray nicht vergessen). Bei top Wetter war der Pool natürlich goldwert. In Inca bekommt man alles was man als Selbstversorger so benötigt. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen:)

Toller Urlaub in super Finca

Wir hatten 11 wundervolle Tage in dieser schönen Finca. Kommunikation mit Frau Voss war 1a 👌 persönliche Erklärung der Finca durch den Vermieter, der sehr nett ist. Unbedingt Auto dazu buchen, ohne geht es nicht. Alles in allem ein super schöner Urlaub in einer wundervollen Finca. Egal was war, Frau Voss hilft immer weiter und auch der Vermieter ist jederzeit zu erreichen bei Problemen. Finka ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet, das Anwesen ein Träumchen, der Pool herrlich. Schöne Möbel draußen zum sitzen, chillen und frühstücken. Die Betten sind bequem und die Bäder auch Ok. Küche ist groß, eine kleine Auswahl an Gewürzen vorhanden, großer Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine ( Filter und Pads), Toaster, Wasserkocher, alles da, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Lidl, Eroski und Co sind gut zu erreichen, ca. 3 - 5 km entfernt. Fazit: Wir waren begeistert und können diese Finca wärmstens empfehlen.

Versteckt gelegene naturnahe Finca. Zentrale Lage um die Insel zu erkunden. Könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle mal wieder etwas renoviert werden, aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Insektenspray nicht vergessen

Traumhafter Urlaub in schöner Finca

Wir haben 9 Tage als Familie in dieser Finca verbracht und würden sie wieder mieten! Toller, sauberer und großer Pool, schöner Außenbereich. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem alles gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehr netter Vermieter!

Alles bestens!

Überzeugt von den Bildern des Exposés, haben wir uns entschieden, eine Woche auf dieser Finca zu verbringen. Wir waren restlos überrascht, da die Finca noch schöner war, als die Bilder vermuten ließen. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Einrichtung der Küche war nahezu komplett und das gesamte Haus ausreichend ausgerüstet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Spanischer Charme in Reinkultur! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermittler ist als perfekt zu bezeichnen und auch die Einführung in die technischen Belange (Pool, Beleuchtung, Alarmanlage etc.) durch den Vermieter, der in unmittelbarer Nähe wohnt, ist absolut pünktlich und unkompliziert verlaufen. Durch die großzügigen Wohnverhältnisse, haben wir mit zwei Pärchen einen komfortablen Urlaub verbracht, in dem jeder auch seinen eigenen „Freiraum“ finden konnte. Sitzgelegenheiten gab es reichlich, so dass man bei jeder Wetterlage gut untergebracht war. Der großzügige Kamin im Außenbereich hat diesen Eindruck noch abgerundet. Vermutlich werden wir diese Finca wieder buchen, aber dann nicht nur für eine Woche… :-)

Super Finca mit Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung

Das Haus und das Anwesen ist hervorragend.In der Wohnung, Küche und Badezimmer gibt Dinge die Modernesiert werden müssen. Die Kaffeemaschine ist eine die Kapseln benötigt.( Teuer und Umwelt?!) Wir haben einen Kaffeefilter (Gr.3) zum selber Aufbrühen für 3€ gekauft (als Alternative) Die Dunstabzughaube ist verdreckt und bedarf eines Ersatzes. Die Gegend in der die Finca steht ist sehr Ländlich und man muss mit den Geräuschen von Krähenden Hähnen und bellenden Wach Hunden klar kommen. Wir hatten es sehr heiß aber wir haben die Klimaanlage nicht benutzt.( Es ist uns irgendwie davon abgeraten worden die zu benutzen/ zu teuer?!). Wir hatten einen Tischventilator gekauft. Wir haben den hervorragenden Pool und den Schattenspendenen Baum auf der Wiese genutzt.Alles sehr gepflegt. Der Aufenthalt hat uns als Familie sehr gut gefallen. Man erreicht von der Finca alle Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Mallorca innerhalb von eine 1/2 und 1Stunde. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Wir buchen gerne wieder.

Große Finca mit Vollausstattung, Klima kostet extra

Wir haben in dem Haus zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Die Finca ist sehr groß und hat eine gute Ausstattung, die Waschmaschine ist sehr hilfreich. Die Umgebung ist weniger reizvoll, man sollte also einen Mietwagen haben. Leider hat das Wohnzimmer bei Anreise deutlich nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen und die Klimaanlage ist sehr teuer. Aber der Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan und war super nett und immer hilfsbereit wenn wir Wünsche hatten.

Die Finca hat eine tolle Größe, schöne Zimmer und einen großen Außenbereich. Die Lage war super um mit dem Mietwagen die Insel zu erkunden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann richtig gut entspannen.

great house in nice location.

We spent almost two weeks at the villa and it was a really lovely experience. the checkin prosess was effortless and the owner who was really nice, showed us around the house and the garden. there was a bit of heat wave in spain and the pool came to great use. the house is large, clean and airy. the kitchen has everything you need and the seating area outside by the bbq is really nice and we used it almost every evening. at one point we considered using the AC but decided not to, since the house keeps pretty cool if you do what the locals do. we highly recommend. thank you for a lovely stay.

Complete and relaxing stay for cyclists

We had a comfortable stay with 6 cyclists in this complete furnished house. The three bathrooms make it really easy to share the house with more couples. The house was clean and the bed sheets and towel services come in really handy. The outside area is a great finishing touch to the house with plenty of space to sit and relax. The location on the Island is a perfect starting point for a variety of cycling routes. We can really recommend this place and we hope to come back next year!
