Very beautiful swimming pool!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very close to Inca. Air Conditioners worked perfectly! We particularly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having early evening drinks on the outside patio area.

We had a nice stay at this Finca.

It has a lot of privacy, a nice garden and big swimming pool. It is well situated near Inca. The house itself is big enough for one familiy. The kitchen could use some upgrading, with sharper knives, more pans, bowls etc. Also the house wasn't very clean when we arrived.

Gepflegt

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Die Aufteilung auf die Schlafzimmer war problemlos lösbar. Das Haus war großzügig und der Pool von der Küche einsehbar! Vom Schwimmflügel zum Taucher.. Esstisch draußen eine Wonne! Ein gepflegtes Grundstück ( 1x die Woche Pool- und Gartenpflege). Die beiden Hühner rechts unten im Stall lieben frische Nahrung und Aufmerksamkeit. Bitte freilassen gegen frische Eier! :-) Großer Garten (Rasen) und Tischtennis waren beliebt. Schneller Einkauf per Mietwagen bei Lidl/ Aldi in Inca. Ebenso schnell in Alcudia am Strand oder bei anderen Zielen! Ein toller Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abzügen in der Sauberkeit (Zimmer Erdgeschoss nach Nutzungspause nicht refreshed)! Die Ablesung des Stromverbrauchs sollte im Voraus beim CheckIn geklärt werden.

Sehr schöne Finca

Finca wie beschrieben. Sehr ländliche, ruhige Lage; allerdings hat man zeitweise (selten) den Straßenverkehr der Landstraße gehört. Ab und an Ameisen auf der Veranda; im Haus keine Probleme. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren leider nicht sauber. Pool war sehr schön und sauber. Alle Geräte funktionsfähig. Router ist ausgefallen ( kein Internet); wurde aber gleich am nächsten Morgen behoben. Sehr guter Service! Insgesamt waren alle zufrieden und wir hatten in der Finca eine wunderbare Zeit!

Nicht zu empfehlen

Von außen betrachtet macht das Objekt einen guten Eindruck. Bei dem erstem Kontakt mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ist davon nichts mehr übrig. Diese waren schmutzig, schmuddelig, ekelerregend. Bei dem Kontakt mit der Dame von der Agentur gab diese sich nicht sonderlich beeindruckt über unsere Beschwerde. Es handelt sich bei dem Schmutz wohl um einen Dauerzustand.

Großzügige Finca mit tollem Pool und Garten

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in der schönen großen Finca. Leider war die Sauberkeit in Küche und Badezimmern mangelhaft. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und die Aussenanlage auch. Dass noch extra Strom abgerechnet wird, sollte in der Objektbeschreibung genauer erwähnt werden.

La casa está sucia y mal equipada

Esta casa está a falta de mantenimiento y limpieza. Hay bastante suciedad en las ventanas y rincones de la casa. La cocina funciona mal y el menaje es escaso y viejo. La ducha de la piscina no funciona y la iluminación de la piscina funciona de día en lugar de por la noche. Avisamos a la agencia de estos hechos y nadie vino a solucionar nada. Además por nuestra estancia de 10 noches nos correspondía una limpieza que no fue realizada. Por último, al salir de la casa nos cobraron una cantidad importante de € en concepto de luz a pesar de que no utilizamos el aire acondicionado ni un solo minuto. Una pena.

Zeer ruim binnen en vooral een enorm mooie tuin!

Het huisje voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Zeer ruim binnen en vooral een enorm mooie tuin! We beleefden er als een kleine groep van 20-jarigen een zeer gezellige vakantie! Wel aan te raden is het huren van een auto omdat je vrij afgelegen zit. Hetgeen zowel een voordeel als een nadeel kan zijn. Over het algemeen zijn we zeer tevreden over ons verblijf! "Een heel erg mooie tuin! Binnen is ook alles erg ruim, de kamers zijn zeker voldoende. Ook de airco in de verschillende kamers is een sterk pluspunt! De bedden zijn niet van een enorm goede kwaliteit. Mij stoorde dit niet zeer erg maar mijn metgezellen hadden hier wel last van. Het grootste minpunt van heel de vakantie was wel de frigo. Deze werkte heel de periode zeer zwak en naar het einde toe bijna niet meer! Hierdoor konden we nooit fris drinken en hebben we ook eten moeten weggooien omdat het al snel slecht was geworden.

Traum Finca

Wir haben wundervollen Finca verbracht. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Die Finca ist ausreichend groß und bietet jedem einzelnen genügend Platz . Es ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Poolbereich lädt zum toben und entspannen ein. Die frischen Eier jeden morgen vom angrenzenden Hühnerstall( dieser gehört auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück zur Finca) waren besonders für die Kinder ein Schmankerl :-) Der einzige kleine Punkt den wir anmerken möchten, das es leider nicht genügend Küchenutensilien gibt ( Großer Topf , Gemüse Schäler und noch ein paar Schneidebretter )diese braucht man aber wirklich nur wenn man jeden Tag den Grill benutz oder Kochen möchte .Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub in einer Traum Finca , welche wir nächstes Jahr wieder buchen werden :-)
