A unique house. Beautifully decorated. Lemon and orange trees roses all around. Honesty fridge and access to plates cutlery etc allowed us to have lovely tapas evenings in garden by pool. Felt like home from home. I played the piano in the lounge.Was previously the family’s private home. Gorgeous gardens and pool and exceptional breakfast and hosts Maria Jose and Xavier..yes there is a supermarket and kfc by the side and two roads close but we knew this and wanted the fab bus and train links across the Island and direct to airport it offers. the place is an oasis with lots of greenery and fountains to block noise well enough. And you are in a real Spanish town. Great Thursday market!

We loved our stay at Sa Vinya! It was located in such a great place to see the island while staying in the comfort of one place for the week. Breakfast was incredible, there was such a great variety of things to eat. The property is amazing, it is located in a city but it really doesn’t feel like it, it truly feels like a rural property. It would be nicer if the pool was a little warmer, but we went in September and it had been a little cooler so we understand, also it’s a massive pool so it would be hard to heat. Our only small complaint would be that they sometimes cleaned our room while we were at breakfast before we put the “please clean” sign on the door while we were out for the day, but it was not a big deal. I would definitely recommend Sa Vinya as an excellent place to stay while in Mallorca

Nested very close to communication areas, it’s the perfect base to explore the island of Palma. Literally walking distance to the railway, you can reach Palma city without the hazard of parking. If the option is just Inca, this property is located a short stroll away from Camper, Lotusse and Heitorn where you can do your Inca leather shopping and combine it with a visit to the Thursday market or any of the local restaurants along the central avenue. We were driving an electric rental car and we found specially convenient that there is a charging station literally outside the property. From this place every destination in the island was no further to 45mi, and after a busy day exploring, a very well appointed extra large room with a private courtyard was waiting for us. Next to it, the stunning swimming pool. Please note that this is not the typical hotel. This is agrotourisim, so you will miss the impersonal touch of a multilevel building and you will get a friendly and ready to help wonderful team who will make your day extra nice. I specially celebrated the all-local breakfast selection with local cheeses, charcuterie and delectable pastries and fruits. Just what you need to feel extra happy and relaxed.

The grounds are as beautiful as then pictures and the check-in process is quite easy thanks to some helpful videos they will send your way on the day of your checkin. The surrounding location isn’t particularly nice but there is a bus stop right outside the property and the property is gated for extra security. We only stayed one of the 3 nights we paid for because the farm house itself wasn’t great. The room is small and facilities feel a bit out dated. When we got to our room there was a sewage smell that I think was coming from the shower that we learned was backed up when we tried showering that evening. The smell did improve after showering. The bed was overall comfortable. We had a balcony… and I was so disappointed. I thought we would be staying in the country surrounded by beautiful vineyards. The grounds have some beautiful gardens with vines but this property is located in the city of Inca. From our balcony we saw the KFC and Public parking signs. It was not the beautiful and relaxing country getaway I thought it was. If you’re looking for a finca style lodging around Inca but insist on having your lodging in the country (like me) the Virey Finca Hotel might be more to your liking. We stayed as sa vinya des convent only one night and actually moved ourselves into lodging up in the olive groves and hills of Selva (only a 10 minute drive away!). It was beautiful and relaxing!! I will say, if you are wanting a country get away you will need a car.

Hidden gem

Loved every second of our stay here this is truly a hidden gem. Located on the outshirts of Inca but feels like the middle of the coutryside as soon as you enter the gates. Staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble.we will definitely be back.

Grandparents stay with granddaughter

Perfect place to stay if you want to be away from the crowds, but yet close ( 30 min by bus) to the beaches if you like to visit one.. Warm and friendly service by the personnel and owners. The place was beautifully kept! We can highly recommend it! Great restaurants nearby!
