Inca is a city with all services, located in the heart of Mallorca, known for its traditional weekly market every Thursday. The city offers a wide range of supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, as well as historical monuments such as the Church of Santa Maria la Major and the Convent of Sant Domingo. Near Inca is the Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its impressive natural beauty and picturesque towns like Valldemossa and Sóller. The mountain range offers a wide variety of outdoor activities, such as hiking, cycling and climbing, making it a popular destination for nature and adventure lovers. The northern beaches, Can Picafort, Alcúdia and Playa de Muro are only 30 minutes by car. A car is necessary to explore the island and get around.



This beautiful villa has a private and fenced pool of 8 x 4 meters, with a depth of 0.6 to 1.7 meters, perfect for taking a refreshing swim on hot days. The pool area is complemented by a barbecue area with seating, which will allow you to enjoy delicious meals with family and friends. The villa also has a beautiful garden with a hammock and a ping pong table, which offers entertainment for all ages. The porch offers a cozy living area with a table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the views. There is private parking outside.



Inside, the villa has a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, and capsule coffee maker. The three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, offer a ceiling fan each. The villa also has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the hallway leading to the bedrooms, which ensures your comfort during your stay. Additionally, there is free WiFi and satellite TV for your entertainment. A crib and a high chair, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board are also available for your convenience.



To keep in mind:



In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called the Ecotax. This tax is mandatory for all guests, except those under 14 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it is reduced by half starting from the 9th night. The Ecotax (tourist tax) will be paid on-site in cash.



Important: As required by law, we need copies of passports for all guests over 16 years old. We request these documents by email.



The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We will return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link by email.
