房間雙人房就提供四條骯髒毛巾，其他什麼都沒有，冰箱有嘈音，厠所玻璃門把鬆動發出聲音。整體住宿體驗很差，出入全部要打的士。職員服務態度很好，這方面值得點贊。希望能改善。

직원태도 불량
직원의 태도가 정말 불편했습니다. 제가 도착한 시간에 사람도 없었는데 오래걸리더라구요 근데 어디서 예약했냐그래서 호텔스닷컴이라고 했더니 아..그러길래 예약확인안되나요? 라고 했더니 예약은 확인이 되는데 혹시 얼마주고 예약했냐고 물어보더라구요 너무 무례한거 아닌가요? 같은 방인데 얼마주고 예약했는지에 따라 방도 서비스도 달라지나요? 그래서 참고 들어간 방은 청소를 마친지 얼마 안된건지 락스냄샌지 너무 심해서 눈이 시릴정도 였습니다. 서비스용품도 없었구요 그래서 방을 바꿔줘서 이용했지만 서비스에 대한 부분은 정말 많이 보완해야 할 것 같네요. 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다.
