It is an older property and it's years are starting to show, but the staff take very good care of the rooms and common areas. The family that runs/owns it are very friendly and helpful. Message them if you need airport transportation and they will get back to you. They were kind enough to pick me up and drop me off even though I had to be at the airport at 0500 in the morning. Very nice stay, safe and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hosts, despite not being able to speak English, were very hospitable and tried their best to respond to requests/questions quickly! They also provided lots of water and snacks for the hot weather. The room itself, is a good size and all of the facilities work well. The wallpaper is a bit whacky and peeling off in some areas, but overall, for the price it is great. The area has lots of convince stores but it can be difficult to get to more touristy areas like Seoul. Overall, it was fab and I would definitely stay again!

The people were very nice and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk. When we first got there they gave us a snack and vitamin c drink. The only thing was they didn’t have full size body towels.

The owners of the property were super nice and did their best to help their customers. They don’t speak English but they use a phone app to answer my questions and if necessary, they call up an English speaker to facilitate the conversation. Their airport transportation service was really helpful to me we and indeed could be customized to your needs. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are clean and comfortable and so is the bathroom. Restaurants, shops and bus stops are a few minutes walk. I really enjoyed a hiking trail along the mountain top nearby as well as the museums (Incheon City Museum and the Memorial of Operation Landing).

This property does not provide proper sanitation - bed sheets are stained and torn. I When I travelled with my family of 5, the property provided a room for me which can hold 5 beds but there was insufficient space for walking and opening of bags and luggage, which in turn results in a risk for falling. It has no central heating facility and is not suitable for staying during winter. Only the mattresses on the beds have warmers and you cannot expect yourself to stay on the bed permanently. The bathroom and toilets are ill-equipped and the water heater does not work. This is not a hotel but a love motel situated at the heart of night clubs, bars and prostitution. We booked our stay knowing that there would be no refund upon cancellation but it was so unbearable that we checked in and checked out within a few hours because we realised that we have been duped.

The bathroom floor had water on it, apparently from the toilet, both in little puddles and in the space between tiles. The sink had a bar of used soap and a half-filled tube of toothpaste. Furnishings were odd and dated. The freshness of the bed linen could not be determined. The room had one wall of red wall paper and a number of large mirrors. We left for another hotel that same night.

The hotel ad say free airport transfer. It’s not. hotels.com needs to remove that part. I booked the hotel just because of that and I was lied to. The hotel is good for the price.

We paid for a nicer room online and when we got there we received a horrible room the bathroom smelled of death and the running water from the shower spilled into the bathroom floor into an open drain absolutely horrible sight the sheets had holes in them . I think the only good thing about that place was it had two water bottles in the mini fridge

Very nice owners did their best to help me out. Room 503 was spacious and its condition was excellent. Not far from Songdo new town. Incheon city museum and Gacheon museum are very close. Relaxed atmosphere at the foothill of Cheongryang mountain. Will stay here again

Very friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to provide excellent service. Transport was provided from incheon Airport and to the station the following day. A convenient place with many convenience stores around.

I was shocked at this decrepit hotel. The hallways were almost totally dark, there were strange features in the room such as a padded wall and strategically placed mirrors . I was so embarrassed to have my family stay in such a scary environment. Please consider dropping this hotel from your list.

Shared amenities with other guests like shared public kitchen and washing/drying clothes. WiFi was good and feel comfortable during the cold weather. Bed is spring so it was ok but maybe not good for those use to memory foam. Very secured since each floor has a code to access before entering your room. If you have a lot of luggage be prepared to carry it up to your room. The either on 2nd to 4th floor. I am on 3rd and have a lot of luggages. Close to subway station so was able to travel to a lot of places. (Samjeon station)

Nice Hotel Close to the Airport
The shuttle service picked up at the Airport and brought us back there on the next day. The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of little goodies like water, cookies, etc. The rooms were clean and tidy. We only spent one night at the hotel but would like to come again. Good value for the Money !!!

Having booked a non-smoking room with a spa tub, I was disappointed the first night to have a room that smelt of cigarettes, with just a shower (also stained towels and a leak behind the sink). After sending a message to hotels.com, I was moved the next morning, to a room that met with my expectations. I found it difficult that managers spoke no English (except "room change"!) The area around the hotel was not great - the nice part of Songdo is the other side of the river.

Service was exceptional!
This Korean style hotel was the best! The bed was comfortable and the room spacious, but this hotel stands out because the owner was so helpful. I arrived at the airport later than expected, so he had to wait for me in his free airport shuttle for over 30 minutes. He was still super pleasant and friendly when I got in. He spoke great English! Then I needed a huge favor. The Korean Post Office is closed on weekends and I didn’t have time to mail a box before my Sunday morning flight. He was happy to help me! We made the arrangements and I soon received an email with a shipment confirmation. Thank you! I will absolutely stay in this hotel again if I need to stay close to the Incheon Airport. Highly recommend!

주인 분들이 너무나 친절하고 상상 이상으로 배려해 주시고 pick up 도 잘해 주시고 주의 시설은 좀 부족하여도 정말 기분 좋은 하루를 지내고 왔습니다 우리가 김포에서 들어 갔는데도 밤이라 찾기어려울까 걱정되어 그런데 더블 ride 약속이 계시다고 call van 을 불러주시고 돈은 호텔에서 직접 내 주셔서 깜짝 놀랬습니다, 호텔은 아니고 모텔 수준이지만 열심히 노력하시는 모습이 좋았습니다

Very clean and excellent services. They gave us free pick up from Gimpo airport to the Hotel and took us to the Incheon airport after stay. Very kind staffs. Since we were not familiar of the city, it was a great relief. We recommend this Songdo Blue hotel to anyone.

Comfortable hotel!
Friendly staff, free shuttle to Incheon airport. Room was very comfortable. Hotel a bit out of the way - a 25 minute walk from the subway. Plenty of restaurants and other hotels nearby.
