「We had 3 generations staying here when we cancelled our trip to Noosa due to Cyclone Alfred. We were very lucky to find this house 3 days before our holiday. It was exactly as described if not better. Everyone had an amazing time. There were 4 different families and each had their own space. 「Our family had an excellent stay on a lovely weekend in Barwon Heads. We had ample room for all of us & also were able to enjoy the huge garden. Everything we needed was provided, our only comment would be to have a couple of extra lounge chairs as we all (6 of us) couldn’t sit comfortably together to watch a movie. Other than that it was perfect & highly recommended for a large group 」

「The house, while small, was comfy and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, as was the couch. I found the kitchen to be well stocked with plastic ware for the kids to eat on as well (terrific idea!) Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all look quite new. The kids found Connect 4 which they enjoyed playing, but no other games or cards to speak of (so just bring your own). We made use of the Weber and the coonara (wood supplied). 「Thanks for a lovely stay. The property was beautiful, clean and stylish - just as photographed. Plenty of room for kids and pets. BBQ was put to good use. Comfy sofa and huge TV were thoroughly enjoyed once children in bed. The nearby artisan bakery and coffee van were such welcome surprises. "The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"

"WiFi 應該是個痛點, iPhone 和 iPad 基本上都連不上, 不知道是不是要特別設定, 其他能連上的手機會說因為設備滿載, 無法連線, 但附近手機的網路也不是太好, 等於幾乎沒有網路的狀態. 房間很大, 很乾淨, 除了最後一晚沒有換到浴巾或 WiFi 之外, 整體都很滿意."
