"I stayed at the hotel due to a flight cancelation. My check-in was smooth and without incident. My only complaint was the soft mattress and bulky pillows. Otherwise, it was abperfect stay. One staff member by the name of Parvin was an absolute delight! She served with grace and style and always had a smile. She was very professional and helpful during mybstay."

In fact, I will definitely have to come back just for the banana bread French toast! The staff in the restaurant truly were so lovely. The brown sugar lattes will forever live rent free in my head. The proximity to the KC Streetcar is a real boon as well!"
