「I really liked the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The guy who cleaned the room was especially friendly and made me feel valued as a guest. This was my first time staying at this hotel but having stayed in about fifteen hotels in Tel Aviv over the years, I’m sure I will return to Jacob Samuel in the future. One small thing: hair conditioner and body lotion would have been appreciated. 」

「The hotel is roughly 30 mins walk from the central train station which was still manageable. Just 5 mins walk to the beach and I enjoyed a stroll there very much. It was an amazing experience from the moment of checking-in, surprised by coffee and snack. The happy hour, consisting of selection of canapes and wine was certainly a delight.
