"The staff were amazing! Everything was very clean! Loved this boutique hotel! The location in the heart of Casco Viejo is perfect! Easy to walk all over Casco Viejo (although many of the sidewalks are very old and uneven so you have to watch where you’re walking while also enjoying the sites). Numerous restaurants, ice cream shops, souvenir shops and vendors, even a dedicated gluten free restaurant Celikateses for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Google self-guided walking tour of Casco Viejo and make sure to stop at the church with the world’s largest nativity scene! Everyone was very friendly and we would definitely return to Hotel San Felipe!"

"I really enjoyed the hotel. I enjoyed the food, drinks and entertainment. The pool was another matter, for such a top rated hotel the pool was worse than any other hotel I have stayed. In the pictures it looked beautiful but when we went up, it was very disappointed. Everything else was great. I really picked you guys because of the pool. I wanted to get in a pool but yours like I said disappointed me."

"Great location walking distance to everything and safe area. The best part is the size of the place and the housecleaning is excellent. The manager is on site 24/7 and all of them were extremely nice and helpful with everything. The only negative is it is on the Main Street coming into the area and it is a one way street"
