After my dad showed the reciept and payment, the manager turned up about half an hour later . 「The hitel.does not exist on the pun shown! The hotel owner denied booking and getting any booking money. Hitels.com customer care didnt give us a regund. Agent as well as tge supervisor said openly do you want to, we wonr issue refund.」
