“The host were very communicative, which was nice. The area the rental was located had a married college dorm vibe to it. Wasn't horrible, but the conditions of the apartments noticably deteriorated as you drove through the area. The upgrades made in the facility were nice. Not all of the flooring was complete, and the unit certainly wasn't overly clean as we found left over hair in the shower, the bath towels weren't folded nicely, and there were some big dust bunnies laying around. “Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Placemakr Arlington. The location was great for what we needed and easily walkable to restaurants and other nearby spots. The apartment was generally quiet and comfortable, although there is construction next door, and the guest bedroom seemed to hear much more outside noise than the other rooms.
The apartment itself could definitely use some updating. There was an unpleasant smell when we first walked in, and the flooring had noticeable gaps throughout. There……

“Overall stay was mixed. The place had nice appliances and a comfortable mattress, but several issues need attention:- Photos are misleading — layout, furniture, and bed size shown do not match the advertisment.- Towels were not provided as advertised.- Listing implies an in‑unit washer/dryer, but they were not in the unit.- Cosmetic damage: holes in bedroom drapes and bathroom wall, and a broken living‑room table.- No convenient spot to keep open luggage while packing/unpacking. - Would……
