“The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked……

“While the website states "no elevator", NO WHERE does it say that the units are on the 3rd & 4th floors, up VERY STEEP stairs. NOT user-friendly.”

“It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. As I communicated the issue with the management company via text, I couldn't tell if I was……

After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. At no time did we discuss or suggest we were having a get together and our……

“The location and property were awesome! 4 dudes in a one bathroom wasn't the greatest but made it work. We parked at the parking garage around the corner the entire time we were there, and walked around everywhere. Cincinnati has a tram and bus that come around frequently, you can get around easily. Loved the property, very generous and had everything. It does however have stairs and I would say not handicap accessible.”

“The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It is difficult to get up and down stairs if you have mobility issues. The neighborhood was safe and everyone we encountered was friendly.”
